Updates to TTC transit rights in Toronto

CLEO and TTCriders are hosting a webinar to help front-line workers learn about the legal rights of TTC users. And how workers can support clients who have been harassed or caught for not paying their fare.

TTCriders is an advocacy organization that helps transit users work together for better transit. This webinar is a follow-up to our 2024 webinar with new updates on transit rights.

This webinar covers:

• how to identify TTC fare enforcement staff

• TTC users’ rights when dealing with TTC Special Constables and Provincial Offences Officers

• what to do after getting a fare evasion ticket

• how Bill 6 affects transit users

• information about Fair Pass, TTC’s discount for low-income users

ASL interpretation will be available.
