Canadian Environmental Law Association has launched Protecting Lands and Waters: A Toolkit. The toolkit examines Indigenous Protected and Controlled Areas as an emerging legal mechanism to protect lands and water.

Manitoba Association of Newcomer Serving Organizations has created English as an Additional Language curriculum on Land and Treaties, focused on First Nations and Métis perspectives. The curriculum is suitable for conversation classes or tutoring for newcomers to Canada. While focused on Manitoba, it can be useful in other regions as well.

The National Self Represented Litigants Project has a primer titled Critical Judicial Decisions. It summarizes important case law that self-represented litigants can use to support their cases.
 
The Learning Network, part of the University of Western Ontario, has shared “Stay with them”: Survivors of Intimate Partner Violence Share Insights on How Friends and Family Can Help.
