Dealing with separation or divorce:
A Guided Pathway to help couples resolve disputes
Thursday, January 25th, 12-1pm
CLEO Legal Information Webinars image

Court isn’t the only way for couples to resolve legal issues after a relationship breakdown. Often, staying out of court can be less stressful and less expensive. Do your clients need information about other ways to resolve disputes, like mediation or arbitration? Do they need guidance about what options may work best for their situation?
CLEO’s Family dispute resolution Guided Pathway can help. It’s a free easy-to-use online tool. It describes issues that often come up when people are separating or divorcing, like safety and communication. These issues can affect what option may work best to resolve disputes. The pathway is completely confidential and provides tailored information on options to resolve disputes. It also provides information on relevant community and legal services. This webinar helps community workers understand the Family dispute resolution Guided Pathway and how to support clients to use it.

ASL Interpretation will be provided.
