New Guided Pathway helps people get a family court order when they agree on issues

CLEO is pleased to announce a new Guided Pathway for people in family court who agree on one or more of their issues. The Guided Pathway for obtaining a court order on consent helps them complete the forms they need to ask the court for a consent order.

This pathway can help people ask for a temporary or final consent order about:

parenting
child support
spousal support
property
exchange of financial and other information

CLEO's Guided Pathways are free online tools that ask questions and use the answers to fill out legal forms and documents. People can save and print their forms. They also get instructions about how to give their forms to the court. All personal information entered is kept private and secure.
